La Malouinière des Trauchandières - 1714

Our guests are practically unanimous in testifying that their stay at Les Trauchandières remains practically unforgettable for them: indeed, this bed and breakfast is unique, not only because of the 1714 manor house  but by the personal welcome of the owners who, having lived in many foreign countries welcome you in English, German, Spanish, Italian,… Norwegian, and why not in French even?
This beautiful mansion located in the heart of a large garden bordered by flowers and in the shade of majestic trees has been lovingly restored for twenty years. Come and appreciate the welcome in the rather fascinating atmosphere of this house with French windows opening onto a south-facing terrace and two living rooms, one decorated with panoramic wallpaper (Zuber manufacture) and a Pleyel baby grand piano, the other upholstered in rich oak woodwork, ideal for relaxing by the fireside. The rooms, comfortable, traditional and located on the first and second floors, are covered with by heavy beams, mostly from decommissioned boats. The port of Saint-Malo is ten minutes away, as are the golden sand beaches. The breakfast (very complete, including eggs with bacon and fresh fruit salad) is served under the chandelier. Come and enjoy this ideal setting.
